However, on repeat call the petitioner was again not represented.
2. The present writ petition has been filed for quashing
Patna High Court CWJC No.13192 of 2015 dt.21-12-2018 2/2 the decision taken by the tender committee dated 25.07.2015 whereby the technical bid of the private respondent has illegally been declared successful and quashing of consequential award of tender to the private respondent as the authorities have acted illegally and arbitrarily; and for connected reliefs.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents states that the contract in question was for a period of one year, which period has since elapsed and the matter has clearly become infructuous by efflux of time.
4. Having regard to the stand of the respondents, the writ petition stands dismissed.
