According to him, he has filed a representation before the District Magistrate, Rohtas. We dispose off the writ petition with the direction that in case any such representation is pending, the District Magistrate, Rohtas shall take a decision thereon at the earliest in any case not later than six weeks from today. A copy of the order passed by the District Magistrate, Rohtas shall be conveyed to the petitioner forthwith.
