The petitioner seeks bail in Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 64 of 2021, registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the F.I.R., on 25.02.2021 at about 7:00 PM, on a dispute arose between the children, which was followed by a free-fight, in which, both sides sustained injury. There is case and counter case. Petitioner is said to have assaulted with iron rod on the head of the informant's husband, which has been found to be grievous in nature. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner's side also sustained some injury. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 08.07.2021. Investigation is complete.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55181 of 2021(4) dt.07-02-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the backdrop of the case and the fact that there is case & counter case and both sides sustained injury, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - I, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 64 of 2021.
