2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 506, 34 and 120B of the IPC in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No.81 of 2024.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant.

4. The learned APP, Mr. Chandra Bhushan Prasad submits that co-accused Kamesh Kumar had approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.47055 of 2024 and his anticipatory bail application was rejected by an order dated 20.08.2024 after considering the case on merits. It is

No.47946 of 2024(2) dt.20-08-2024 2/2 also submitted that the case of the petitioner if not akin is similar to the case of Kamesh Kumar, the only difference is that petitioner has purchased 28 decimals of land for an amount of Rs.29 lakhs and odd within the district of Patna.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned APP, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is rejected.
