The petitioner has moved the Court against the order dated 30.01.2018 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gopalganj, in Maintenance Case No.18 of 2014/ Maintenance Case No.08 of 2014 by which the petitioner has been directed to pay Rs.1500/- per month to the opposite party no. 2 as maintenance, payable from June, 2015.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the application.

4. Accordingly, as prayed for by learned counsel for
