The present writ application has been filed for the purpose of proper investigation in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 105 of 2020 lodged under Sections 341/ 323/ 324/ 325/ 308/ 354/ 448/ 427/ 504/ 506/ 379 and 34 of the I.P.C. Counsel for State submits that this case may be disposed off in the light of order passed in Surendra Singh Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. in Cr. WJC. No. 153 of 2017 and analogous cases decided on 09.09.2022.
