The recovery is 15 grams of brown sugar.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is languishing in custody since 16.09.2012 and a supplementary affidavit has been filed to the effect that no witness has been examined till date. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District
