JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 23-08-2017 Petitioner has filed this writ petition in public interest and points out to this Court mismanagement of Government Girls Inter School, Bhagalpur and inconvenience being caused to the lady teachers.

We are informed today during the course of the hearing that the petitioner's wife is working in the school in question as a teacher and various disciplinary actions have been taken against her and as a consequence thereof, this petition has been filed. Produced before us is a communication dated 01.07.2017 issued by the Principal

Patna High Court CWJC No.12909 of 2016 dt.23-08-2017 2/2 of the School indicating these facts.

Taking note of the aforesaid, at the instance of the petitioner in the backdrop of the aforesaid circumstances, we are not inclined to exercise our extra-ordinary jurisdiction in a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution in public interest. This petition has been filed to safeguard the interest of the wife of the petitioner and we see no reason to make any indulgence into the matter. The petition is, therefore, dismissed.
