Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned APP for the State.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 27.07.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 44128 of 2018, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail.

For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order dated 27.07.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 44128 of 2018, for surrender of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51801 of 2022(2) dt.12-10-2022 2/2 and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority. At the time of surrender, the petitioner shall furnish the receipt showing deposit of Rs. 5,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority. The learned court below shall ensure compliance of the order dated 27.07.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 44128 of 2018.

Office shall ensure that all the defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
