2. The petitioner has prayed for grant of the following reliefs:

(i) to issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari to quash the notification dated 21.10.2022 issued by the State of Bihar by which he notified the State Commission for Extremely Backward Classes as a Dedicated Commission for the purposes of reviewing the eligibility for

Patna High Court CWJC No.10417 of 2023(3) dt.09-07-2024 2/2 reservation to extremely backward classes in the municipal bodies of the State;

(ii) to issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari to quash the report dated 28.11.2022 issued by the said Dedicated Commission;

(iii) to issue any other writ/writs, order/orders direction/directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case.

3. Learned counsel submits that the matter has already been decided in the case of Sunil Kumar vs. the State of Bihar (C.W.J.C. No. 4223 of 2023) disposed of on 8.1.2024. He further submits that SLP No. 5864 of 2024 has been filed against the said order and judgment which is presently pending.

4. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
