JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-02-2017 The present writ application has been filed by the petitioner for commanding the respondents to pay all the admissible dues of retiral benefits, including difference of salary, arrear, revised pension and part payment of medical claim as also part payment of gratuity.

From Annexure-1 to the writ application, it would appear that a similar prayer was made by the petitioner before

Patna High Court CWJC No.13157 of 2016 (2) dt.02-02-2017 2/2 this Court by filing CWJC No. 18514 of 2012, which was disposed of on merits on 13.05.2013.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that the present application is barred by the principle of res judicata.

Accordingly, it is dismissed.
