====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A. M. BADAR ORAL ORDER 16-11-2021 It is reported by the learned counsel for the applicant that the trial is already over and the case is fixed "For Judgment" since last one year .

As the trial is virtually concluded, I am not inclined to entertain this application for grant of bail during the pendency of the trial made by the applicant.

In this view of the matter, the learned trial court is directed to decide the concerned Sessions Case within a period of two months from today, if necessary, by rehearing the arguments in the light of the statement of the learned counsel for the applicant that the case is pending "For Judgment" for a period of last one year. The application is, accordingly, rejected.
