The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 146 of 2014 registered under Sections 376/511/34, 342, 323 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The specific allegation is against co-accused Rahul Thakur. During investigation, no material has come against the petitioner and final form has already been submitted. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
