JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Desari (Sahdei O.P.) P.S. Case No.150 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Taking into consideration that motorcycle belongs to the petitioner which was left when the police arrived at the place and liquor was recovered, exfacie case under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 is made out against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The same is accordingly dismissed.
