2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Manjhargarh P.S. Case No. 93 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 31.03.2023.

5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact and also considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Manjhargarh P.S. Case No. 93/2023.
