To issue an appropriate writ / order / direction, in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 to grant No Objection Certificate (NOC) for fresh registration under the Companies Act, 2013 at Registrar of Companies (ROC), Patna.
ii. To further issue an appropriate writ / order / direction, in the nature of
Patna High Court CWJC No.10539 of 2023(4) dt.17-12-2024 2/2 Mandamus commanding the respondent no. 5 to register the petitioner's Association under the Companies Act, 2013."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
