The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kazimohammadpur P.S. Case No.69 of 2012/G.R. No. 704 of 2012 registered under Sections 341, 323 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that on 28.02.2012, the informant, who is computer teacher, went to his I.C.C. Computer Cenrte as usual, and made demand of Rs.2000/- from the petitioner, who was student in that I.C.C. Computer Centre, which was earlier taken by the petitioner from the informant to purchase some computer parts. Thereafter, petitioner started to abuse the informant. After sometime, the petitioner came from behind the informant and caused injury on his head through hammer and fled away.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that,

Computer Centre, where the informant used to teach and on making demand of too much fee by the informant, the petitioner left the I.C.C. Computer Centre. After few days, when the informant made demand of fee from the petitioner, the hot exchange of words took place in between the petitioner and the informant but with an ulterior motive, the informant has lodged the present case.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, East, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kazimohammadpur P.S. Case No.69 of 2012/G.R. No.704 of 2012, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
