JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-07-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 246 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353, 332, 427, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 38 and 41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Prosecution story is that there is recovery of huge quantity of liquor from the possession of one Baliram Singh and further allegation is that petitioner and other accused persons reached there and got the aforesaid accused freed from the police.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing specific allegation has been attributed against him and he has no criminal antecedent.

No.44626 of 2019(2) dt.19-07-2019 2/2 In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 246 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
