Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bishunganj O.P P.S. Case No. 40 of 2016 registered under Sections 341,323,307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that allegation is general and omnibus. It is mentioned in the written

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7061 of 2017 (2) dt.21-02-2017 report itself that the occurrence took place on account of land dispute. From Annexure 2 it appears that one Karishma Kumari sustained injury.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer of anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed. The petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within period of six weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Bishunganj O.P P.S. Case No. 40 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
