The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the enquiry report dated 7.9.2013 having been submitted, in which on three of the five charges framed against him the petitioner has been absolved; still he has been kept under suspension without any final order being passed by the disciplinary authority, respondent No.3, the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.3, District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur to consider and dispose of the departmental proceedings initiated against the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
