The petitioner seeks bail in Vaishali P.S. case no. 81 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 147,148,149,323,307 and 302 of the IPC.
The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court by vide order dated 30.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 49815 of 2018 with direction to trial court to expedite the trial.
Report called for from the court below has been received from which it appears that charge has already been framed in this case and the case is pending for examination of witnesses. It is mentioned in the report that trial of the case shall be concluded within a period of six months.

Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and make efforts to conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a period of six months as mentioned in the report and send compliance report.
