2. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Chakand P.S. Case No. 67 of 2025 for the offence under sections 191(2), 191(3), 127(1), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 121(1), 121(2), 132, 125(a), 125(b) and 324(4) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita lodged on 24.02.2025 by the informant, Ashok Sharma.

As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that upon telephonic information, the Police went to control the situation but allegation is that sixty to seventy people of Khagri Tola started pelting stones over the Police, causing injuries as also damaging the Police vehicle. The chowkidar identified twenty five persons which included the petitioner. This led to the FIR.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she is a lady and only out of curiosity, went there to see the problem but finds herself implicated, if granted relief, she shall be diligently cooperating in the investigation and appearing in the trial. The last submission is that without accepting the allegation and/or the outcome of the present petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he intends to contribute Rs. 2,000/- to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund.
5. Learned APP opposes the prayer submitting that the chowkidar has named her.

Taking into account the submissions of the parties as also that she is a lady, omnibus allegation is there, in that background, this Court is inclined to extend her the privilege of anticipatory bail with conditions subject to payment of Rs. 2,000/- to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund through Demand Draft and the receipt be submitted to the learned trial Court.
7. Let the petitioner be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the receipt of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Gaya in connection with Chakand P.S. Case No. 67 of 2025 subject to the conditions as laid down

(i) one of the bailor should be the family member/relative of the petitioner who shall provide official document to show his/her bona fide;
(ii) the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the Trial Court and failure to do so for two consecutive dates without plausible reason will entail cancellation of her bail bond by the Trial Court itself;
(iii) the petitioner shall in no way try to induce or promise or threat the witnesses or tamper with the evidences, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds;
(iv) the petitioner shall desist from committing any criminal offence again, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of her bail bonds. (Rajiv Roy, J) Adnan/- U T
