Case No. 49 of 2010 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Saran at Chapra.

The accusation against the petitioner and one Dilip Bansfor is to have assaulted Jitendra Bansfor with spade who subsequently succumbed to the injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the trial has already concluded and the petitioner has been convicted, hence, this application has become infructuous.
