Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that petitioner has already filed a detailed representation before the Superintendent of Police, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif for the relief(s) as sought for in the present writ petition and seeks that the representation of the petitioner be disposed of in accordance with law and payment be made to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10339 of 2023 dt.11-09-2023 2/2 petitioner forthwith.

3. Considering the specific submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the Superintendent of Police, Nalanda, Bihar Sharif is directed to call for the service records relating to the petitioner from the places of posting of the petitioner and forthwith make payment of all the retiral dues in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

4. With above observations and directions, the present writ petition is disposed of.
