This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report of the occurrence of robbery was lodged against three unknown persons. Three accused were arrested in this case and in their confessional statement name of the petitioner transpired. Submission of the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the nature of allegation and material, aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20042 of 2017 (2) dt.11-05-2017 2/2 the like amount each in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No. 74 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
