A second supplementary show cause has been filed. Perused the same.

It is stated that the matter against the judgment of this Court was taken in intra-Court Appeal being LPA No 614 of 2014.

Patna High Court MJC No.5134 of 2013 (4) dt.28-01-2015 It is stated that the said LPA was disposed of on 22.01.2015. The Division Bench of this Court did not interfere with this Court's order in so far as grant of promotion to the petitioner to the post of Senior Architect, Bihar is concerned but in relation to payment, the Division Bench has observed that he should make a representation for payment of such allowances that he may be entitled to. The learned Secretary states that the payment with details thereof would be quantified and made to the petitioner within 45 days from today.

Upon this undertaking, this application stands disposed of.
