Petitioner is in custody in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 52 of 2019 for the offence under sections 25(1-B) a and 26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that from the possession of the petitioner one loaded pistol with four live cartridges were recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 18.02.2019.

Considering the period of custody, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44351 of 2019(2) dt.18-07-2019 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 52 of 2019.
