2. The matter has been listed during the Annual Vacation with prior notice to learned counsel that if they do not want the matter to be taken up during the Annual Vacation, a slip to such effect be filed. In the present case, the Court does not find any such slip on record.

3. Yesterday, learned counsel for the petitioner had prayed that the matter be adjourned for the day to enable him to take instructions on the averments made in the counter affidavit filed on

4. Today, neither learned counsel for the petitioner is present nor any rejoinder to the counter affidavit has been filed. Thus, the statement made on oath in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondents no. 2 to 5 with regard to the grievance of the petitioner being redressed, having remained uncontroverted, the Court can only presume that the same is correct.
