JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 14-01-2016 Since the law has already been set in motion by institution of an FIR as well as a departmental proceeding has been initiated after preliminary enquiry revealed the complicity of the petitioner in creation of Jamabandi along with the previous Revenue Karamchari, the petitioner will have adequate opportunity to establish his innocence before the forums in question.

Court is prima facie satisfied that there was occasion for the respondents to initiate the process, which has been done in the present case. No interference is warranted at this juncture.
