The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 299 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 498(A), 363, 366 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused in a case for demand dowry and torture. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2022.

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.
