JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 25-04-2019 The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of the writ court dated 09.04.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4009 of 2015.

2. By order dated 01.04.2019, the writ court noticed the submission made on behalf of the opposite parties that the order of

3. None appears on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is called.

4. Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that Reference Case No.108 of 2013 has since been disposed in terms of award dated 10.05.2016 by the Bihar Public Works Contracts Dispute Arbitration Tribunal and it is submitted that the order of the writ court stands complied with.

5. Having regard to the above, the contempt petition stands disposed.
