In this case, the petitioner has approached for appointment on compassionate ground vide C.W.J.C. No. 1249 of 2013 and the Court has given direction to decide the claim of the petitioner in accordance with law.

Considering the case of the petitioner and taking entire efforts, the Collector passed order vide memo no. 1730 dated 04.07.2016, whereby, he has refused to grant the relief of the petitioner.

The petitioner, if so aggrieved, may take legal recourse. He may challenge the order.

With the aforesaid observation, the MJC Proceeding is dropped.
