JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-07-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 109 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 302/34 of IPC. Petitioners happens to be the cousin brother and bhabi of the deceased and allegation of dowry death. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have falsely been implicated in this case and no specific allegation has been attributed against them. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submissions, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing
