The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 503 of 2016 registered under Sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 8044 of 2017, 17661 of 2017, 22900 of 2017 and 22957 of 2017 respectively.

No.19159 of 2017 (4) dt.19-07-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 503 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
