Counsel for the petitioner places on record a copy of the order dated 20.03.2008 passed by the Administrator of the Corporation which is kept on record. Relying thereon it has been submitted that during the pendency of the application the order contained in memo no. 1380 dated 23.08.1995 (Annexure-1) has been cancelled. The counsel therefore rightly submitted that for the monetary benefits arising therefrom he would represent the appropriate/competent authority of the Corporation.
