Supplementary affidavit has been filed wherein the petitioner has annexed a representation dated 22.1.2019 submitted before the Divisional Commissioner, Koshi Division, Saharsa in support of his claim for appointment on Grade IV post and other consequential benefits in respect thereof. It is submitted that the petitioner's representation be directed to be considered and disposed of by respondent No. 4. In view of the limited prayer, the writ petition is

In case the representation of the petitioner finds favour with the respondent authorities, the consequential benefits thereof also be made available to the petitioner within a period of one month thereafter.
