2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 879 of 2023 registered under Sections 448, 341, 323, 307, 379, 325, 504, 427 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., on 20.12.2023 at about 9:00 a.m., all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner armed with iron rod and lathi abused informant and entered into school and on protest, this petitioner assaulted on head of informant with iron rod, due to which he sustained injury.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail by contending that petitioner is named in the First Information Report with the allegation of assault.
6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case as well as nature of injury, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 879 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
