JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-08-2016 The petitioner's claim has already been rejected vide letter dated 14.12.2013, however, it is contended on behalf of the petitioner that thereafter different statutes have come in force under that he has already applied for grant of licence. It is submitted on behalf of the State that his claim would be considered in accordance with law. However, no licence can be issued to anybody in view of the order dated 18.03.2016 passed by a Division Bench of this Court rendered in CWJC No.4453 of 2016 directing the State authorities not to issue any fresh licence of PDS
Patna High Court MJC No.5452 of 2013 dt.03-08-2016 2/2 dealer to anyone until further order without obtaining leave of the Court. Therefore, in such a situation, that can only be done after some order is passed by the Division Bench for granting leave or opportunity to the licensing authority to take fresh decision for grant of licence.
