JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-05-2017 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in in connection with Complaint Case no. 132 of 2016 for offences punishable under Sections 323, 498A and 406 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is ready to keep opposite party no. 2 with all dignity and she is also ready to reside with the petitioner with all dignity. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below, i.e., learned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17970 of 2017 (2) dt.02-05-2017 2/2 ACJM-V, Madhepura, on 15.05.2017 and on that day opposite party no. 2 shall also appear before the court below and learned court below on being satisfied that they are willing to live together, will release the petitioner on provisional bail for six months on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to its satisfaction and the court below will watch the conduct of the parties by directing them to appear on a particular date on every month and after six months on being satisfied with the matrimonial relationship between the parties, will confirm the bail of the petitioner, otherwise the court below will pass any other order as he may deem fit and proper.
