2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Vaishali P. S. Case No. 256/2025 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 127(6), 143(3), 144(2), 64, 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 of the Immoral Traffic Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner was arrested during the raid in one hotel along with the seized scooty.

4. It is submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. While parking his scooty in front of the hotel, petitioner was arrested on suspicion. Petitioner is in custody since 05.05.2025. Charge-sheet has already been

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hajipur (Vaishali) in connection with Vaishali P. S. Case No. 256 of 2025.
