The petitioner will appear before the Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner with a copy of this order. The Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner has an obligation to sit with the records with the petitioner facilitate verification of the contributions made over a period of time to satisfy the petitioner that what has been paid to him is not the erroneous figure or if there is an error, then the necessary sanction will be made in his favour.
