Petitioner seeks bail in Bodhgaya (Cherki) P.S. Case No.238 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that ten litres country made liquor and 20 Kg. Mahua flower have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 01.06.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42010 of 2019(2) dt.15-07-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Gaya, in connection with Bodhgaya (Cherki) P.S. Case No.238 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
