2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 80 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(1), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 103(1), 32, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is one of the assailants of the deceased.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 01.03.2025.

5. The injury sustained by the deceased supports the allegation.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner is one of the assailants of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant bail to the
