The present writ application has been filed for quashing office order dated 06.11.2014 issued vide Memo No. 2330 under the signature of respondent no.9, Member Secretarycum-Block Teachers Appointment Committee-cum-Block Development Officer, Sheohar, as contained in Annexure-5, whereby the petitioner being a Block teacher has been transferred from Government Middle School, Shahpur to Government Middle School, Kopgarh.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14966 of 2015 (3) dt.07-09-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with liberty to file an appeal before the District Appellate Tribunal. Permission is accorded.

It is expected from the petitioner to file an appeal with petition for condoning the delay, which the appellate authority will consider, in view of the fact that the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court since 2015. Accordingly, the present writ application is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
