The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bhabua (Sonhan) P.S. Case No. 729 of 2016 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both sides sustained injuries.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7831 of 2017 (2) dt.20-02-2017 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua (Sonhan) P.S. Case No. 729 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
