Learned for the opposite parties, S.C. 6 submits that in compliance of direction of the order under contempt, the representation of the petitioner has already been disposed of and accordingly, Rs. 3,95,074.62 has already been sanctioned for payment arrear of salary to the petitioner, which has been disclosed in paragraph no.5 of the show cause filed on 28.02.2014 by the opposite party no.3, District Education Officer, Nalanda.
