A supplementary show cause has been filed enclosing an order passed by the Urban Development Department in purported compliance of the order passed in the writ petition. Although Mr. S.B.K. Mangalam learned counsel for the petitioner does endeavour to question the order on its merits but then the forum for such purpose would lie elsewhere and in an appropriate proceedings. The petitioner if so advised may question the same by filing an appropriate application before the appropriate forum.
