JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 124 of 2016 registered under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 34/ of the Indian Penal Code. On perusal of the report of the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, it appears that petitioner (husband) is ready to keep his wife with honour and dignity and informant (wife) is also ready to live with him and both are ready to lead their conjugal live peacefully. Both the parties are also ready to withdraw their cases pending in the Court below.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50226 of 2016 (5) dt.16-05-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M., 1st class, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 124 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
