Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 21 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 7 of E.C. Act.

Allegation as per FIR is that on inspection display board of petitioner's shop was not found and construction of the shop was going on and there is allegation against the petitioner that he has supplied less quantity of rice and sugar to the consumers. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the case is false and concocted which will appear from the fact that no show cause has been issued to the petitioner and licence of the petitioner has also not been cancelled and he is still running the shop.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 21 of 2018, subject to the conditions under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
