Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kotwali P.S. Case No.341 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of Immoral Traffic Act.

It is alleged that in the written report that the informant after constituting a team carried out raid in various houses in presence of members of N.G.O. Total six premises were raided from which male and female were arrested in an objectionable condition and several incriminating articles, as mentioned in the written report, were recovered. The petitioner is said to be the owner of one of such premises from where flesh trade was being done. In such circumstances, from the said written report itself, it appears that petitioner was owner of the one of the brothel house from where male and female were apprehended in objectionable condition and also several incriminating articles have been recovered. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

Petitioner may surrender before the Court below and make prayer for regular bail.
